Welcome to PadPlayer. These Terms of Service explain the rules and conditions that apply when you access our website, use our checkout services, make a reservation, or participate in our Priority Reservation program.

By using our website or completing a reservation, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Legal Capacity and Acceptance

By using PadPlayer’s services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

You also confirm that all information you provide during checkout, reservation, payment, or customer support communication is accurate, current, and complete.

PadPlayer may refuse or cancel a reservation if false, incomplete, suspicious, or misleading information is provided.

2. Priority Reservation Program

PadPlayer may offer a Priority Reservation program for customers who wish to reserve access to selected products before release or availability.

Your initial payment confirms your participation in the reservation program.

If you enroll in the automatic wallet top-up plan, your saved payment method may be charged $39.99 every 14 days. Each successful charge will be converted into Priority Reservation Credits and added to your PadPlayer wallet.

Priority Reservation Credits are used only for reservation-related purchases or payments through PadPlayer. They are not cash, securities, financial investments, or regulated financial products.

Reservation availability may depend on supplier availability, product release timelines, stock levels, payment status, and other operational factors.

3. Payments and Billing

By completing a transaction, you authorize PadPlayer and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

If you enroll in recurring wallet top-ups, you authorize scheduled charges according to the terms displayed during checkout and explained in our Refund Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information accurate and up to date.

If a payment fails, PadPlayer may pause, suspend, or cancel your reservation until the issue is resolved.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund rights are explained in our Refund Policy.

You may contact PadPlayer support to request cancellation of future automatic wallet top-ups or to request a refund of unused eligible Priority Reservation Credits.

Refunds, where approved, will be returned to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your financial institution.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the PadPlayer website, including text, images, graphics, logos, layouts, design elements, product descriptions, checkout systems, and related materials, belongs to PadPlayer or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may use our website only for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, distribute, or exploit any part of our website or services without written permission from PadPlayer.

6. User Conduct

When using PadPlayer’s website or services, you agree not to:

PadPlayer may provide estimated release dates, stock availability, shipping timelines, or product access timelines.

These dates are estimates only and may change due to supplier delays, stock shortages, payment issues, shipping delays, platform updates, or other operational reasons.

PadPlayer is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

8. Disclaimers

PadPlayer provides its website and services on an “as available” basis.

We try to keep all information accurate and updated, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or available at all times.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PadPlayer disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PadPlayer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of opportunity.

PadPlayer’s total liability for any claim related to your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to PadPlayer in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some parts of this section may not apply to you.

Before starting any formal dispute, you agree to contact PadPlayer support first so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

PadPlayer will review support, billing, refund, and cancellation requests in good faith according to these Terms, our Refund Policy, and applicable law.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is a billing issue, unauthorized charge, duplicate payment, or refund problem, please contact PadPlayer support first.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, PadPlayer may provide relevant transaction records, checkout records, policy acceptance records, and customer communication history to the payment processor or financial institution.

PadPlayer reserves the right to pause, suspend, or cancel reservations connected to fraudulent activity, payment abuse, or unresolved payment disputes.

12. Force Majeure

PadPlayer is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, including supplier shortages, shipping disruptions, natural disasters, government action, internet outages, technical failures, labor issues, payment processor interruptions, or other unexpected events.

PadPlayer may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

When changes are made, the “Last updated” date will be revised. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, form the complete agreement between you and PadPlayer regarding your use of our website, checkout services, and reservation program.
