This Shipping and Deferred Fulfillment Policy explains how shipping, delivery, and pre-order fulfillment work for PadPlayer’s Priority Reservation program.

By placing a priority reservation on our website, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Pre-Order and Deferred Fulfillment

PadPlayer may offer priority reservations for products that are scheduled for a future release.

Because these products are not immediately available, normal shipping timeframes do not apply at the time of reservation.

Release Timing

Physical shipping or digital fulfillment will begin only after the official release period, expected during November.

Payments made before the release period are used for Priority Reservation Credits and do not trigger immediate shipment.

These credits help secure your reservation and may be used toward your final order or product access when fulfillment begins.

2. No Immediate Shipping Before Release

Customers understand that reserved products cannot be shipped before the official release period.

If you place a reservation before November, your order will remain in a pre-order or reservation status until the product becomes available for fulfillment.

If you have questions about your reservation status, please contact PadPlayer support before opening a bank dispute or chargeback.

3. Post-Release Processing and Shipping Timeframes

Once the official release period begins and your reservation is fully funded, your order will enter the fulfillment queue.

Estimated timeframes are:

Order Processing

Fully funded reservations are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after the product becomes available.

Domestic Shipping

Standard domestic delivery may take approximately 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

International delivery may take approximately 14 to 30 days after dispatch, depending on customs, carrier delays, and destination country procedures.

Please note that shipping estimates begin from the date the order is dispatched, not from the date of the original reservation.

4. Address Accuracy and Updates

Because there may be a delay between reservation and shipment, customers are responsible for keeping their shipping information accurate and up to date.

If your shipping address changes before fulfillment begins, you must contact PadPlayer support as soon as possible:

PadPlayer is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect, outdated, or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is shipped to the address provided at checkout or updated by the customer, PadPlayer may not be able to provide a replacement or refund for delivery issues caused by incorrect address details.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, tariffs, or other government charges.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

PadPlayer does not control customs procedures and is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, border inspections, or import processing.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first to start an investigation.

You may also contact PadPlayer support within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can review the issue and provide reasonable assistance.

PadPlayer cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, especially where the address provided was correct and delivery confirmation is available.

7. Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occur due to supplier delays, product release changes, carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather, holidays, high order volume, technical issues, or other events outside PadPlayer’s control.

PadPlayer will make reasonable efforts to keep customers updated if major delays occur.
