By finalizing your reservation on this page, you fully accept the terms of this Refund Policy. This Refund Policy forms a legal and binding agreement between you, “The Customer” or “The Member,” and PadPlayer “The Company.”

1. Priority Reservation Mechanics and Financing Plan

Due to high expected demand and limited stock availability for the upcoming November release, PadPlayer offers a Secure Priority Reservation system for customers who wish to reserve access in advance.

Initial Validation

Your initial payment confirms your entry into the reservation program.

Automatic Wallet Top-Up Plan

To help secure your reservation and gradually build your payment balance, your account may be enrolled in an automatic wallet top-up plan.

Under this plan, the payment method saved on file will be charged $39.99 every 14 days. Each successful charge will be converted into Priority Reservation Credits and added to your PadPlayer member wallet.

These credits are intended to help cover the cost of your reserved product at launch and support your priority access for the November release.

2. Cancellation and Refund Flexibility

PadPlayer allows members to cancel future wallet top-ups at any time.

Once your cancellation request is processed, no further automatic wallet top-ups will be charged.

Credit Refund

If you decide to cancel your reservation, you may request a refund of your unused Priority Reservation Credit balance.

After approval by our support team, the refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.

3. Transferability of Reservation Credits

PadPlayer may allow members to transfer their accumulated Priority Reservation Credits to another eligible user.

To request a transfer, please contact our customer support team. Our team will review the request and guide you through the transfer process.

These credits are only related to priority access for an e-commerce product. They are not financial investments, securities, or regulated financial products.

4. Chargeback and Dispute Policy

PadPlayer encourages customers to contact our support team first for any refund, cancellation, billing, or reservation issue.

Opening a bank dispute or chargeback without first contacting our support team may delay the resolution process and may affect your reservation status.

In the event of a payment dispute, PadPlayer may provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant order details, payment records, and policy acceptance records.

PadPlayer reserves the right to suspend or cancel reservations where fraudulent activity, abuse of the payment system, or repeated unauthorized disputes are identified.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction in which PadPlayer operates.
